The Owner/Chef had an idea to create the freshest and tastiest Mexican food that the customer could find. He found a small storefront restaurant in downtown Evanston, and brought his dream to life. He knew the food had to be as authentic as the dishes and salsas that were prepared for him by his mother in the small town of Dolores Hidalgo, Gto, Mexico.

Now, almost 13 years later, he has expanded and moved the original location a few blocks north to 1010 Church Street at the corner of Maple. He has also opened two more locations in Chicago and Highland Park. He is happy to see the same customers following him to his new locations where he continues to create his signature fresh dishes.
